Returns and Exchanges
We stand by the quality of our products and itβs very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, goes missing in the post, or does not meet your expectations, we are here to help make it right to the best of our ability.
US Orders: Returns made within 30 days of the orderβs purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment.
International Orders (Shipped outside the US): Returns made within 60 days of the orderβs purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Returns submitted without contacting Avantris Entertainment Customer Support first will NOT be honored. The Customer Support team reserves the right to determine whether a return or exchange will be approved.
Customers are responsible for return postage and shipping, with the exception of, and related to, warranty defects or damages observed to have occurred from manufacturing/production.
Items Ineligible for Return or Exchange
Certain items do not qualify for Return or Exchange. Please check the product description section for each item prior to confirming your purchase, as products listed as βfinal saleβ are deemed ineligible for:
- Return
- Exchange
- Store credit
- Refund
Conditions for Returns
Please make sure your item is returned in its original condition!
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
- If it has been chewed, mauled, spilled on, or otherwise damaged, we canβt take it back.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. If we donβt get the items back, we canβt process your refund.
Digital Products
Because digital goods are delivered via internet download, we generally do not offer refunds for these items. All digital return requests will be reviewed individually, and the Avantris Entertainment Customer Support team reserves the right to determine whether a return will or will not be issued.
Shipping
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the associated shipping amount (cost to ship) and understand this is a non-refundable charge when placing online orders.
Address Accuracy
We do not offer refunds for failed delivery in the case of incorrect address, invalid address, or multiple delivery attempts. Please double-check your address at checkout.
International Orders
We are not responsible for additional fees incurred due to customs, duties, surcharges, taxes, etc. associated with returns or exchanges. We do not issue refunds for charges incurred due to worldwide shipping.
Tracking
Once your order ships, youβll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
