GENERAL FAQ
When will I get my order?
Currently, we are only able to ship within the US. Usually, it takes 1-2 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Orders typically arrive between 3-4 business days after shipping. This may vary depending on the volume of orders.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a domestic fulfillment company based in San Diego, CA
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
- If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at help@avantris.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Do you offer split shipping?
At this time, we don’t currently split-ship. If your order contains a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock items, your order will not ship in parts. Your order will be held until all parts of the order are back in stock. Your best bet would be to place two orders if you’d like to receive your in stock items as quickly as possible.
