If you have pre-ordered the Avantris x Dispel Dice "Once Upon a Witchlight" Iconic 7-Piece Dice Set, we are currently in Wave 2 for pre-orders. If you ordered this set and your order includes any other Avantris merchandise (e.g. Avantris merch that is NOT print-on-demand), your entire order will be placed on hold until the dice are ready to ship.
For all Wave 1 pre-orders you should have received an email from us regarding your order at the end of April (double check your Spam folder as it may have been delivered there). If you did not receive this email please reach out to us at help@avantris.com for the status of your order.
Wave 2 dice pre-orders have not been fulfilled or shipped yet and are expected to ship by the end of quarter 2 of 2025. We’re currently working with the Dispel Dice team to ensure we will be able to ship your order as quickly as possible.
There is a risk of another postal worker strike happening in Canada this summer. If you’re a Canadian customer and you provide us with a physical address (an address that is not a PO Box) our fulfillment partner will be able to fulfill and ship your order.

If you have received a damaged piece of apparel in your order, please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to help@avantris.com. We will send you a replacement order with tracking.
If you are missing an item or you received an incorrect item in your order, please take a photo of your order and send it to help@avantris.com. We will correct your order with tracking to the best of our ability.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If your order does not meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact help@avantris.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.
