Avantris Entertainment ships orders on a first-come, first served basis. To have the best chance of delivery by the winter holidays, the cut-off date for orders is by 11:59PM EST on Thursday, December 12, 2024. Standard fulfillment and shipping for parcels will take 24-48 hours to process in the United States. However, this may be subject to change depending on volume.
If you are an international customer, and if you order by the deadline, we will try our best to deliver your parcel as soon as possible, but there are no guarantees it will arrive by the winter holidays.
Currently, there is a postal worker strike occurring in Canada. If you’re a Canadian customer and if you provide us a physical address (an address that is not a PO Box), our fulfillment partner will be able to fulfill and ship your orders.

The 2024 Holiday Merch line will have limited quantities in its first wave. First wave products will be delivered in December 2024 to the best of our ability. Once products sell out in the first wave, you will still be able to preorder products but they will not be fulfilled and shipped until at least Q1 of 2025.
If you have received a damaged piece of apparel in your order, please take a photo of the damaged product and send it to help@avantris.com. We will send you a replacement order with tracking.
If you are missing an item or you received an incorrect item in your order, please take a photo of your order and send it to help@avantris.com. We will correct your order with tracking to the best of our ability.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your order. If your order does not meet your expectations, arrives damaged, or with missing parts, please contact help@avantris.com within 30 days of receiving your product, and we'll do our best to take care of you.
